Impact We devote substantial resources to one goal: driving a cure for MDS. With an entrepreneurial approach we invest in projects with the potential for transformative results. Focus By funding the most promising and innovative research directly focused on MDS we seek to increase our understanding of MDS and dramatically improve diagnostics, therapy and care for patients. Collaboration To accelerate the pace of discovery we play a leading role in fostering communication and collaboration among MDS researchers. Engagement We are actively engaged with our community of investigators to support their efforts. We help them achieve their goals through timely funding of promising work, logistical support and scientific guidance. Legacy Our work honors the legacy of Edward P. Evans, who established the Foundation and battled the disease at a time when little was known about MDS, before his death in 2010.
